Landhaus Heim is situated in the district of "Dorf Haus", offering a tranquil setting on the outskirts of Mayrhofen. Despite this serene location, the village center and the Mayrhofen mountain lifts (Ahornbahn & Penkenbahn) are just an 8-minute walk away.

A rich breakfast ensures a good start to the day, which can be added optionally on-site or in advance to your stay.
Children's Play Area
When children can have fun and play safely, the vacation starts for parents too! In the children's play area, the little ones can enjoy Soft Lego, while the bigger ones can engage in table tennis and foosball.
Ski/Bike Room
You can securely store your ski equipment in the winter or bicycles in the summer in our ski/bike room. The ski boot dryer ensures comfortably warm ski boots for every day on the slopes.
Free Admission
As exclusive partners, our guests enjoy free admission to the surrounding swimming pools during the summer months: Mayrhofen Adventure Pool, Hippach Summer World, Mayrhofen Indoor Pool, Sauna facility at the Adventure Pool, Mayrhofen Tennis Court.
Ideal Starting Point
Our location on the outskirts of Mayrhofen is the perfect starting point for your hike or a perfect day of skiing in the Zillertal. The ski bus stop is also only 200 meters away!
Parking & Charging
Free parking spaces right at Apart Landhaus Heim! The village center is just a few minutes' walk away, so you can easily leave your vehicle behind. An electric charging station (for a fee) for your electric vehicle is also available!
Ski Jump
Directly across from us is the Mayrhofen ski jump, which serves as a venue for exciting competitions for young athletes in Tyrol during the winter. It's a real experience to see the "little ones" take on the 30m or 90m ski jump!
Winter Magic
There's also a cross-country ski trail nearby! And in just over 10 minutes by car, you can reach the winter wonderland in Ginzling (children's ski lift, cross-country ski trail, toboggan run, snowtubing)!
